Fall is in the air and so is all that goes with it: Thanksgiving, fall decorations, gatherings with family & friends, and lots of our favorite Thanksgiving foods--both the traditional favorites and some with a new twist!
These 8 vintage issues from Martha Stewart's earlier days are just the thing to give you some great ideas for your special Thanksgiving dinner, entertaining, decorating, cooking, and crafting. What makes these magazines such a timeless treasure are their lavish, rich lay-outs. Visually, Martha Stewart Living is a feast for the eyes!
The 8 November issues offered in this sale are from 2001 - #96, 2002 - #108, 2003 - #120, 2004 - #132, 2005 - #144, 2006 - #156, 2007 - #168, and 2008 - #180. Each one is loaded with great ideas, not to mention Martha Stewart's regular features like, What To Have For Dinner, Homekeeping How-To, Collecting and Good Things, to name a few.
And don't forget her famous "101" series, that tells a little history, helpful tips, techniques, and everything else you might want to know about a subject. In the 2005 issue, Martha gives us "Thanksgiving 101", complete with a calendar and step by step timeline for preparation! Wish I would have had that when I made my first Thanksgiving dinner!
These magazines have been lovingly read and kept all these years. I don't recall ever cutting anything out of them or marking up the pages. They are clean and well cared for. I would say they are in excellent to good condition. When photographing them for this listing, I noticed the 2006 issue had its cover corner folded back and 2007 had a binding rip on the cover--see photos. (They did go through the mail, after all.) Some issues do still have part of the mailing label on their covers. They have been stored in a pet-free and smoke-free home. They are odor-free.
About these 8 issues... you can see the special feature content listed on the cover or binding of each magazine when you zoom into the photo. If you have any questions, please text me and I will try to answer to the best of my ability.
These magazines would delight any keeper of the home and be especially helpful to anyone planning to entertain this fall or prepare their first Thanksgiving dinner.
Feel free to ask questions. The magazines are located in Brookfield, Wisconsin (just west of Milwaukee County.)
I sell from a smoke-free, pet-free home. All sales are final. Payment is due in cash upon pickup.
